TOP MAKE LLC ("Top Make", "we") acts as a trade agent, provides business support services, packaging, organisation of conventions and trade shows, facility support, human resources provision, market research, media placement, public relations, property rental, land transport support and warehousing. This policy explains how we handle personal data under the Law of Ukraine "On Personal Data Protection" and the GDPR.

When we collect leads at a client's stand, we act as a processor; visitors are informed and consent is recorded.

Surveys are voluntary and reported in aggregate.
6. Purposes and grounds
Performance of contracts, consent, legal obligations, legitimate interests (event safety).
7. Your rights
You may access, correct and delete your data (subject to legal retention), restrict or object to processing, obtain a portable copy and withdraw consent. We reply within 30 days. Complaints may be addressed to the Ukrainian Parliament Commissioner for Human Rights or an EU supervisory authority.
